Tabata Cardio happens once a week, sometimes with the Control Track or step and sometimes without it – but always with the Core Ball. Keep in mind this workout was designed to give you a feel for Tabata Cardio even though you don’t have your equipment yet. But you absolutely need the Control Track, Core Ball, step and dumbbells for 9 Week Control Freak.
