Choosing a doula or lifestyle coach is a very important and personal decision.  Jackie offers a free initial consultation.  This one hour meeting is an opportunity to get to know each other and ask any questions about services provided.

The location of the consultation will be decided when booking.  Often times, it will take place in your home or in a community location, such as a coffee shop.  Jackie also offers virtual consultations if we are not able to meet in person at this time.
